Initiate Your Request
Contact our official support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original factory box, including all tools, SD cards, and resin or filament samples that were originally included.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or RMA documentation to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
